Luckily, there were two health professionals on the flight who jumped in to help right away. They performed CPR on Darius, which is a life-saving technique used when someone’s heart stops.

Thankfully, Darius woke up and was able to talk with his family and friends after arriving at the hospital. He later shared his experience in a video, calling the people who helped him “angels.”
